To empower Liberian Women, young girls and vulnerable youth in rural and urban communities. That they may acquire life skills trainings and contribute fully toward attaining a united voice by vitalizing, inspiring, and sharing opinions, exchange of views, and review policies on themes crafted nationally, regionally and continentally that affect and impact their lives under a common development agenda.
